Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS 

 

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Prepayment is non refundable if you give less than a 24 hour notice. If you reschedule more than two times, prepayment is non refundable. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOW

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show up, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to rebook.

Prior to your appointment please remove all makeup and jewerly.
